Terms of Sale

Thank you for shopping with HardTuned. These Terms of Sale govern all purchases made through our website www.hardtunedstore.com. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale.

1. Purchases

You must provide complete and accurate details when making a purchase. We may request additional information to verify your order. Please ensure your delivery address and instructions are correct - if you enter an incorrect address, HardTuned is not obliged to re-send the order at our expense.

2. Purchase Price

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. International prices are shown using our currency converter and may differ from your bank’s final charge. We reserve the right to vary prices without notice. Prices valid at the time of purchase are final; post-purchase discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options (where available). Full payment is required before dispatch.

4. Security

Our checkout uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your credit-card details.

5. Consent to Communications

By purchasing from HardTuned, you consent to receive electronic communications about your order and promotional updates. You may unsubscribe anytime by following the link in our emails or contacting sales@hardtunedstore.com.

6. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding Queensland public holidays. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

7. Shipping

Within Australia: Orders ship via Australia Post. Purchases placed before 10 a.m. (Brisbane time) usually ship the same day; delivery typically occurs within seven days.

International: We ship worldwide. Delivery time is generally 1–4 weeks depending on destination. If your order hasn’t arrived within four weeks, please email us your full name and order number for investigation.

8. Cancellations

HardTuned may cancel an order due to stock or payment issues. You will be notified if this occurs. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from cancellation.

9. Goods Not Collected / Import Duties

Customers are responsible for paying import duties, taxes, and customs fees. If duties are unpaid or parcels unclaimed, HardTuned is not liable for loss. Returned items may be re-shipped at your expense or refunded less a 30 % restocking fee. No further compensation is offered.

10. Missing Products

If an item is missing from your order, contact us with your order number and product details so we can investigate.

11. Returns

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy. Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during major sale events (e.g. Black Friday) may not be eligible for return.

12. Gift Cards
  • Delivered via email in electronic format.
  • Redeemable only at hardtunedstore.com.
  • Valid for 2 years from purchase date.
  • Cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • Treat Gift Cards like cash - lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
  • Items purchased with Gift Cards follow the same return policy.
  • Purchases exceeding the card value must be topped up with another payment method.
13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HardTuned is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from purchases, including delays, customs issues, or loss of goods. Your statutory rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
