Orders are usually dispatched within one business day, though delays may occur during busy periods.
If tracking has been updated within 3–5 days, your package is still in transit. If tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received it, or there’s no update for 10 business days, contact Australia Post first, then email sales@hardtunedstore.com if the issue isn’t resolved.
If you would like to return your order, please reach out to sales@hardtunedstore.com and our support team will be able to walk you through the returns / exchanges process.
You can get a full refund within 30 days if you're unhappy with your purchase.
A 30-day exchange, replacement, or partial refund is also offered for clothing with manufacturing faults or shipping damage. The policy doesn’t cover change of mind, improper care, or damage from use or rough handling.

Once an order is being processed or shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments, but we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Please include your order number and details of the change (such as size, item, or address) so we can assist you quickly.

SHIPPING
Orders are shipped via Australia Post, usually within 24 hours (excluding weekends, holidays, and busy periods). Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Tracking details are sent to the email used for your order—check your junk or spam folder if you can’t find them.
If you haven’t received a tracking email after a few days, your order may still be processing. Contact sales@hardtunedstore.com with your order number for help.

Most major regions have a FREE shipping option for spends over a certain amount. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. More details are available at www.hardtunedstore.com/pages/shipping.
A package may be returned to us due to an incorrect address, unpaid customs fees, or uncollected mail. We must wait for it to arrive before issuing a refund or replacement, and we will contact you by email once it does.
Delivery can vary between region to region and Australia Post will always have the most up to date information via their tracking website.

Items must be unworn, unused, in original condition with tags, and you must contact us within 30 days.

You don’t need to create an account, but it’s recommended for easy access and to view your past orders.
If you forget your password, click the 'forgot password' link to receive an email with instructions to reset it. Choose a secure password and keep it private.
If you receive the wrong item, email us at sales@hardtunedstore.com with your order number, full shipping address, and photos of the item. Our support team will get back to you as soon as possible.
To exchange an unused item, email us with your order number, desired exchange, and full shipping address. We’ll provide the return address, and once we receive the item, we’ll send out the requested replacement.
Please note: You will need to cover any shipping costs for shipping the item back to us.
