Chris Forsberg

At 42 years old, Chris Forsberg - a professional drifter from Doylestown, Pennsylvania has become one of the most recognisable and accomplished drivers in modern drifting. With decades of experience behind the wheel, Forsberg has helped shape the sport in North America and continues to compete at the highest level with the same passion that first got him involved in motorsport.

Over the course of his career, Forsberg has captured three Formula Drift championships, securing titles in 2009, 2014, and 2016. His ability to remain competitive across multiple generations of drift cars and drivers has cemented his reputation as one of the sport’s all-time greats.

Behind the wheel, he competes in a purpose-built Nissan Z, representing the latest evolution of Nissan’s performance platform in Formula Drift competition. The car is powered by a heavily modified VR38-based engine platform producing well over 1000 horsepower, delivering the power and response required to stay competitive in today’s high-horsepower drift landscape.
