Unfortunately, this policy does not cover change of mind, damage caused by incorrect washing, rolling in oil while working on your car, or general wear from activities such as burnouts or rough handling.

Receiving this hat again (I had ordered this item previously) in a proper box made the item “crisp” or undisturbed. The first time I ordered this hat, it came in a bag and the material in the front of the cap was warped as a result. Definite improvement/great solution for shipping hats that you have implemented. The only thing I would improve upon further is weather resistance for the sun. After a summer of wearing it, my first hat faded.

Waited a few months for this to come back in stock and when it did it was also on sale so it was an easy decision. As someone with a bit of a trucker cap addiction I had high hopes this felt and looked as good in real life as the pics and I was not disappointed! Straight to favourite hat status and will be grabbing another as the quality is off the charts (it’s not the cheapest but well worth it, double + the quality of every other hat I’ve owned!)
